About Me
Alice Headley understands the numerous benefits of living in Southern Oregon, with its temperate climate, outdoor culture, and the diverseness of the rural & urban lifestyle that is distinctive to this region. She started out in the medical industry but shortly joined the real estate profession to allow her more flexibility as her children grew older. Being a Realtor has allowed Alice to provide the lifestyle her family enjoys living in Southern Oregon.
Throughout the span of her real estate career, Alice has become a respected Realtor, highly regarded by her clients and brokers alike. Being a Jackson County resident, she is well-connected and actively involved in the local community. With her vast number of contacts and being a life-long resident provides the leverage that is needed, along with her enthusiasm and knowledge, in enhancing her commitment to her clients. Alice aims to make every transaction as smooth and easy as possible for her clients. She believes that her clients should always be the priority, staying committed to their interests & decisions.
Alice has been a member of the Agent Leadership Council and Professional Ethics Board of Committee, as well as instructed & mentored many brokers throughout her career. She has graced the cover of the Top Agent Magazine in 2020 and had a featured article in 2014. She actively seeks out opportunities to continue her education & training to help her stay ahead of the industry. She is committed to mentoring & encouraging other brokers to build successful businesses.
Alice started her real estate career in 2006. She formed a partnership in 2013 with Don Dixon, and in 2017 she co-founded and became part owner / Principal Broker of Signature Realty LLC.
